The festival was created to encourage cmmunity, inspire creativity, encourage play and celebrate history.
When I mentioned to Jared that I wanted to go- he thought this was going to bea little Facebook event with 30 people and some kites. When we pulled up- he was pleasantly shocked- and admitted that I was for sure not playing it up or exaggerating. 🙂
It was beautiful sight to behold, and pictures really do not do it any justice what so ever.
There was a huge crowd- but not overwhelming since it was in such a large space!
Food trucks and vendor tents were there- but the whole event was otherwise free.
